Applications are sought for the position of Deputy Manager, Riverview,
Good Shepherd Cork.
Riverview, Good Shepherd Cork, provides residential care for teenage

who are out of home. The service also caters for young women (**Apply
on the website** ? **Apply on the website** years) who are out of
home or transitioning from a care setting and in need of a low support
residential service.
This position will involve working **Apply on the website**hrs per
week. Some flexibility will be required around working hours, however
the post is to fulfil hours on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
specifically. Some out of hours on-call may be required.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* A recognised professional qualification in Social Care.
* Experience working in a management/team leader/leadership role.
* A minimum of five years post qualification experience.
* Professional and caring approach to working with vulnerable young
people.
The candidate should be compassionate and highly motivated. They
should be able to provide leadership, planning and direction for
Riverview.
Candidate will be required to demonstrate sound decision making skills
and have good interpersonal, networking, teambuilding and supporting
skills. The person must also be able to contribute to the strategic
planning and development of the service.
An obligation to ensure the ethos, vision, and mission of Good
Shepherd Cork are understood and that they influence practice is
required.
